To report a photo, logo, or other upload that you believe infringes a right, email security@ticketandtickets.com with the page URL, what you own, and a way to reach you. We review notices about venue media, review photos, avatars, and partner logos.

What people can upload

Buyers can add review photos. Partners can add logos and venue media. Those files are user content. The person who uploads them is responsible for having the right to publish them.

US DMCA agent (only if you want US safe harbor)

A US DMCA agent is optional. It matters if you want the US Copyright Act’s hosting safe harbor for user uploads. Registering it is your filing, not something this app can do for you.

1. Go to the US Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory (copyright.gov) and create an account for the French company.
2. File a designated agent: legal name, US or foreign address, phone, and a public email that someone actually reads. The Copyright Office fee is a small filing charge (about $6).
3. After the agent is listed, put the same name, address, phone, and email on this page.
4. Keep the listing current. An expired or wrong agent does not give safe harbor.

Until that listing exists, do not describe this site as having DMCA safe harbor. French hosting rules still apply to notices sent to the contact above.
