Payments & refunds

Ticket'n'Tickets can operate cardless checkout (no card charge) or a Stripe-powered checkout when configured. The commercial relationship for refunds and chargebacks is between the guest and the organiser or merchant of record.

Pricing & taxes

Displayed prices come from your catalog configuration. Taxes, fees, and currency formatting are your responsibility unless you implement additional logic in checkout or invoicing.

Successful payments

When Stripe confirms payment, Ticket'n'Tickets issues tickets and viewer links as implemented in your deployment. Keep webhook secrets and service keys confidential.

Refunds & disputes

• Refund policies are set and communicated by the organiser.
• Operational refunds are typically performed in Stripe or your finance tooling.
• Chargebacks follow card network rules; ticket validity may be revoked when a payment is reversed.

Failed or abandoned checkouts

No ticket is created until the server confirms inventory and payment state. Guests can safely retry while inventory remains.
