This notice describes how the Ticket'n'Tickets web application may process personal data when you browse, sign in, or purchase tickets. Your final policy is determined by how your team configures Supabase, hosting, and analytics.

Data we may process

• Account identifiers and session data when you sign in (via Supabase Auth).
• Order details such as email, name, ticket quantity, and payment references.
• Technical logs required for security and reliability (for example IP and user agent at the edge).

Purpose & legal bases

Processing supports performing a contract (ticket purchase), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent where required (for example marketing, if you add it).

Retention

Retention windows should be defined by the venue or platform operator in line with tax and consumer rules. Ticket'n'Tickets stores order and ticket records as long as your database configuration requires.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Requests are fulfilled by the data controller for your event — typically the venue or promoter using Ticket'n'Tickets.

International transfers

If you use Supabase or Stripe regions outside your country, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) may apply as described by those providers.
